Position Summary & Objectives
The Assistant Director of Therapy Services supervises the Occupational and Physical Therapy staff who, under physician prescription, evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Assistant Director is responsible for overall supervision, coordination and administration of the department activities. The Assistant Director is expected to follow clinic philosophy in administering department services and fulfilling community needs.

Position Type & Expected Work Hours
This is a full-time position, with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or other approved hours between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Occasional extended work hours may be required as business needs demand. Some employees in this position may be scheduled to work weekend shifts.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly supervises the Therapy Services team that support OrthoAlaska.
Travel Requirements
Some travel expected on occasion; up to 10% travel
Remote Work
Eligible for hybrid work in some cases
