Rheumatology Clinic Manager, OPA University Lake Building, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Reports To: Rheumatology Director
Location: Multiple Sites Across Alaska (Anchorage, Wasilla, Soldotna) primarily based in Anchorage
Position Summary
The Rheumatology Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of clinic operations across multiple locations. This role ensures efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and compliance with organizational standards. The manager will lead and support the Medical Assistant team and Infusion Nurse team, while also serving as a clinical resource when needed. In addition to operational leadership, this position partners with the Rheumatology Director on strategic initiatives, including management of the in-office dispensary and bone health program.
